Dir- Heart Hospital

Develop and monitor budgets, operations, policies, and procedures for the heart hospital while ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations. Direct and coordinate all clinical and operational programs, services, and service lines in collaboration with campus, market, and system leadership to improve financial performance, labor productivity, and quality outcomes. Oversee the annual budget, develop policies and procedures for hospital services, and prepare presentations and reports for the executive team. Manage team members with authority over hiring, termination, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Assist in developing long and short-range strategic plans, including service demand and resource availability analysis.
