Job Summary
Oversee the strategic development and financial performance of the property's food and beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Review financial reports to monitor budget adherence, manage departmental budgets, and make recommendations for capital expenditures. Lead the culinary and service teams by setting performance standards, coaching staff, and fostering collaboration to drive revenue growth and brand compliance. Analyze guest satisfaction data to implement corrective actions and introduce new products that meet market trends. Manage human resources activities, including hiring leadership, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring equitable treatment of all employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
