Job Summary
Strategic financial leader for Marriott at a property level, developing and executing the financial strategy aligned with the brand and property goals. Leads budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning; analyzes financial data, drives profit improvements, and ensures strong internal controls and compliance. Oversees finance teams, communicates financial concepts to owners and executive leadership, supports risk management, and delivers accurate financial reporting to support decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
