Job Summary

Lead product management for Bank of America's FICC Macro trading platform in the Americas, shaping product strategy and driving expansion into new products, venues, and markets. Collaborate with Technology, Quant, and COO teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of trading functionality; oversee venue and vendor partnerships and act as a sounding board for strategic investments. The role sits within FICC E-Trading and focuses on delivering institutional-grade solutions across Rates, Repo, Commodities, and FX within a fast-moving macro trading environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (STEM or Finance preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge across two or more FICC Macro product lines (Rates, Repo, Commodities, and/or FX)
  • Understanding of the full trading and risk lifecycle in a principal-trading environment
  • Experience with design best practices in electronic trading, trade capture, and risk management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to influence change and drive consensus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scaled Agile) is beneficial
