Job Summary
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing COE/ Product Specialists sales organization for GenStudio across America and EMEA. Build and refine the sales strategy, segmentation, territory design, and account prioritization; coach managers on hiring, deal strategy, and performance; drive multi-year enterprise adoption, align with Executive leadership, and ensure customer value realization. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Strategy to shape roadmap, respond to market needs, and translate product relevance into executive business outcomes. Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and repeatable sales plays; guide complex enterprise pursuits with strong executive alignment and cross-functional alignment to accelerate GenStudio growth and market leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years in people leadership, including leading leaders
- Proven success scaling emerging or category-creating technology solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Deep experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams on early-stage technologies
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite across business and technical functions
- Demonstrated strength in operational rigor, forecasting, and building scalable sales frameworks
- Understanding of enterprise content workflows, digital asset management, creative operations, or technology-based transformation
