Job Summary
Dir, Diodes Front-end QA and Taipei QA — oversee QA activities at Taipei factory, supervise Front End QA across Taipei and related foundries, drive customer-complaints reduction, maintain and improve the Quality System aligned with customer specifications and corporate procedures, participate in NPI and process-change management, approve DV/PV and PCR as needed, support DMDA and Maverick lot releases, address RoHS questions for Taipei products, drive Maverick/MRB improvements and LoD for Wafer FAB events, coordinate with Back End/FA/Reliability and Purchasing to improve supplier performance, participate in audits and external certifications, actively contribute to EOS/EIPD teams and Front End actions, and travel ~25% for customer interactions and multi-ethnic collaboration. Requires 10+ years in semiconductor field with automotive exposure (Wafer Fab preferred) and 5+ years in QA management; strong English; capable to lead quality-improvement projects and influence others. Eligible to work globally and locally with Vishay, a long-standing electronics component manufacturer.
