Job Summary
Lead analyses and planning to manage Gross Profit at client and lane activity base; drive regional revenue and profit targets; develop and distribute product knowledge; lead bid responses for Commercial Supply Chain opportunities; build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers; travel to events and maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications; ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations; work with regional offices to win new opportunities and optimize cost structures; support global product team in standardizing value propositions with regional adaptability; report to Regional VP APAC/Director Commercial Supply Chain; actively participate in cross-divisional knowledge exchange and training; travel for customer appointments, seminars, and exhibitions to grow the pipeline and achieve annual targets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree and/or Diploma education
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Commercial or Operational experience and knowledge in Pharma Freight forwarding or specialist logistics
- Sales experience
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Fluency in English; Proficiency in Chinese or another Asian language
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment (global product, regional execution)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
