Job Summary
Lead Mosaic Health's cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture, governance, and operations to enable secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology services. Own the enterprise cloud strategy with Azure as the primary platform while maintaining multi-cloud awareness (AWS, GCP). Define architectural standards, governance, and modernization initiatives (migration, platform consolidation, automation, IaC). Partner with Security and Business leaders to enforce HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2 compliance, Zero Trust, and disaster recovery planning. Drive ITSM maturity, SLOs, observability, capacity planning, and FinOps. Build and mentor high-performing infrastructure and cloud teams, deliver reliable operations, and manage budgets and vendor relationships. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure, cloud, and technology operations
- Proven success leading enterprise cloud strategy, architecture, and operations in complex organizations
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, with working knowledge of AWS and GCP
- Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including compute, storage, virtualization, and data center operations
- Experience establishing and governing FinOps, cloud governance, and infrastructure operating models
- Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and developing future technology leaders
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills
