Job Summary
Lead project management for technical building systems, including planning, tendering, and monitoring installations according to HOAI phases 1–9. Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors while overseeing schedules, costs, and project quality. Utilize industry-standard CAD and calculation software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Nova, or Revit. Requires a degree in supply technology or equivalent engineering qualification with practical experience in technical building equipment. Full-time or part-time employment with performance-based pay and flexible working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, Master, staatl. geprüfter Techniker, Meister, Installateur- und Heizungsbaumeister oder vergleichbar
- Umgang mit branchenüblichen CAD- /Berechungsprogrammen AutoCAD oder Trimble Nova oder Revit
- Strukturierte, methodische und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in einem Ingenieurbüro und/oder in einer Firma in Projekten der Technischen Gebäuderüstung
