Conduct individual, resource-oriented care and nursing for residents in the long-term care setting at Alterszentrum Oberi. Analyze and manage complex care situations, initiate measures, and evaluate outcomes while taking responsibility for the nursing process within the contact person role. Operate as a day supervisor in close collaboration with interfaces, primarily covering early and late shifts. Requires a Diploma in Nursing (HF/FH) with preferred geriatric experience, excellent German skills, and relevant IT knowledge. Start date is December 1, 2026, or upon agreement.
