Conduct independent anesthesia procedures in collaboration with the medical staff while monitoring and caring for patients before, during, and after anesthesia. Prepare, control, and operate anesthesia-related devices and medications, recognizing and acting professionally in emergency situations. Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards through accurate documentation of all measures performed. Maintain close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and the operating room team to deliver patient-oriented nursing care across various clinics and hospitals in the German-speaking Switzerland.
