Job Summary
Provide administrative support and coordination for the Drivers Intervention Program and its Director. Responsibilities include scheduling program activities, maintaining participant records and attendance, handling calls and emails from participants and stakeholders, data entry into databases, preparing materials for sessions, managing registrations, coordinating venue logistics and transportation, sending reminders, and generating program reports. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, strong organization, excellent communication, ability to work with the public, and independent judgment to manage diversified workload.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and deadlines
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload
- Experience with data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle external callers and visitors professionally
- Familiarity with office procedures and policy adherence
- Ability to prepare materials, presentations, and resources
