Job Summary
Dining Associates role at Fooda overseeing cafe-style dining service with customers, cash handling, POS operation, stock and beverage preparation, and adherence to Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, delivering high-level service, accurate cash handling, operating the POS with attention to detail, stocking cafe items, preparing coffee/station drinks, and communicating effectively. Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods; expected to ensure sanitation and daily standards, and escalate issues to Dining Manager when needed. Scheduled Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; compensation $22–$25/hour with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with match, parental leave, commuter benefits, and potential stock option grant.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Prior food service and cashier experience preferred
