Job Summary
Directs daily dining operations and catering activities in a Continuing Care Retirement Community dining program, supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe meal service for residents across dining rooms, buffets, and bars; trains, coaches, disciplines, and evaluates food service personnel; enforces sanitation and safety standards, maintains equipment and inventory, and collaborates with the Director of Dining, Dietitian, or Chef/Manager to meet goals and ensure resident satisfaction.
