Job Summary
Hire, train, and supervise dining staff while overseeing meal preparation for residents, staff, and guests. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room, assist with budget goals, inventory management, and production control, and follow HIPAA and all company policies. This full-time day shift role at Edgewood American Falls, a 36-bed Assisted Living community, supports our mission to provide outstanding care and services for seniors across the Midwest.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen management experience
- Active ServSafe Certification & CDM
