Job Summary
Lead daily front-of-house dining operations for Hawaii's kupuna, serving as the on-floor leader during evening shifts from 11:00am to closing. Coach and support Waitstaff through daily line-up meetings, providing real-time guidance on service etiquette, communication, and problem-solving while assisting with hiring and training. Ensure dining rooms are prepared, staffed, and restored to standard before and after service, managing meal counts, point-of-sale entries, and charge inputs for all assigned meal periods and special events. Actively listen to resident feedback to drive service recovery and model compassionate care for guests with varying physical or cognitive needs. Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines while coordinating with culinary and utility teams to support smooth service flow.
