Job Summary
Hire, train, and supervise dining staff while overseeing meal preparation for residents, staff, and guests based on established menus. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room environment. Assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control while following HIPAA and all Edgewood policies. This role supports the dining experience at Edgewood Jamestown, a 72-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community offering senior living solutions across seven Midwestern states.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen management experience
- Active ServSafe Certification & CDM
