Job Summary
Dining Services Director – directs and oversees the dining services department for a senior living community. Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing overall operations; prepares and serves meals to residents within scheduled timeframes; follows the menu cycle and notes substitutions; may serve as lead Chef up to 3 days per week.
