Job Summary
As Dining Services Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, lead a team of associates, manage client relations and ensure high-quality food. Work with the Chef and management to create menus, oversee P&L and budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs. The role emphasizes managing a foodservice operation within a school-dining context, focusing on quality, customer relationships, and program development.
Required Qualifications
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
