Job Summary
The Director of Culinary oversees the dining services operation of Bridges by EPOCH in Norwalk, CT. Responsible for creating dynamic menu options, ordering supplies, and adhering to the department budget. Provides outstanding customer and upscale dining services. Hires, schedules and supervises dietary and kitchen staff. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and some cooking is required. ServSafe Certificate required; culinary degree preferred; 2 years of director-level culinary experience in a senior living context with management experience; strong leadership and communication skills; computer skills.
