Job Summary
Directs and manages dining and food services in an assisted living and memory care community, including training and scheduling kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality customer service during meals, maintaining sanitary dining operations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policy standards. Drives resident satisfaction through personal engagement, supports community marketing through positive dining experiences, and leads efforts to recruit, train, and supervise dining team members to uphold professionalism and etiquette. Responds to residents’ feedback, monitors meal attendance for safety, and collaborates with servers and kitchen staff to deliver excellent dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- Experience in Senior Living is a plus
- Food and Beverage Manager experience
