Schedule, supervise, and train Dining Services staff in day-to-day operations, including staffing, food ordering, menu planning, preparation, and delivery. Oversee time clock records for payroll submission and ensure equipment maintenance while strictly adhering to infection control, food safety, and sanitation protocols. Prepare healthy, appetizing meals according to approved recipes and signed-off menus, ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and orderly. Provide inspiring dining experiences throughout the Community to delight residents, prospects, and the greater community. Maintain a valid driver's license if assigned incidental driving duties and adhere to the drug-free workplace policy.
