Dining Services Assistant (PM Shift)

Prepare and serve meals to residents with warmth, set up and break down dining areas, and assist with plating and portioning according to dietary guidelines. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining spaces while following all food safety procedures. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth meal service and build genuine relationships with residents by learning their preferences. Wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils while properly maintaining dishwashing equipment. Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and contribute to high-quality service through attention to food presentation and courteous interactions.
