Job Summary
Take residents' dining orders with attentive service, ensuring all special requests, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences are met. Set up dining areas, manage beverage and snack service, and assist with cleaning and sanitizing stations. Verify resident attendance and documentation, while supporting special events and maintaining compliance with food safety and community policies. Requires one year of fine dining or senior living experience, strong time management skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts run 4pm to 7pm part-time with PTO, flexible scheduling, and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs
