Job Summary
Dining Server in Cogir Senior Living community; deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and special events. Greet residents, take meal orders, and deliver food/beverages while meeting dietary requirements. Prepare the dining area, maintain cleanliness, reset tables, and convey resident feedback to the Culinary Director. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards. Flexible, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handler Card is a plus
- 6-12 months experience in serving/hospitality/customer service
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings desirable
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
