Job Summary
As a Dining Server in Cogir Senior Living's community restaurant, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and events. Responsibilities include greeting residents, taking and delivering meal orders, ensuring adherence to dietary requirements and portion sizes, setting and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness. You will communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure compliance with local health regulations and Cogir standards. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with residents, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- A Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus.
