Job Summary
Dining Server will deliver excellent service to residents in a senior living community: take dining orders, serve meals, assist with dining room setup, ensure safety and sanitation, accommodate dietary restrictions, assist with beverages and food prep for service, and support special events. Requires providing courteous customer service, maintaining attendance documentation, and complying with all applicable regulations and community policies; position involves multi-tasking during mornings, evenings, and weekends in a full-time schedule; high school diploma preferred with 2+ years in fine dining/senior living recommended; typical benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of two years’ experience preferred in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
