Job Summary
Dining Server at Monarch Communities/Brandywine Senior Living providing attentive customer service to Residents and guests by taking orders, serving meals, assisting with dining-room setup, and handling special requests. Responsibilities include learning residents’ names and dietary restrictions, ensuring safety and proper food handling, assisting with beverage and food preparation, documenting attendance, supporting events, completing in-service training, and complying with applicable regulations and community policies. Requires prior hospitality experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational skills, companionship with seniors, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
