Job Summary
Take residents' dining orders with a friendly disposition, learning their names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. Ensure the dining room is set up with all necessary items, assist with cleaning and sanitizing service areas, and handle safe food preparation for beverages, snacks, and condiments. Provide assistance with special dining requests, ensure all residents are accounted for during meals with attendance documentation, and support special events. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while attending all scheduled in-service training. Full-time and part-time schedules available with hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs
