Job Summary
Assist in preparing and portioning food items, then serve all residents their meals while greeting them, taking orders, and providing table service. Buss dishes from dining tables and room trays, and wash dishes after service. Maintain a fixed schedule with no on-call rotation. This role supports approximately 5,500 seniors at 91 AHEPA-owned communities, offering a purpose-driven environment where residents feel like family.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
