Job Summary
Take resident food orders and serve meals in the dining room with a friendly attitude; assist with dining-room setup, clearing tables, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanup; cross-train to cook when needed; learn residents' dining preferences and build positive relationships; part-time daylight shifts with rotating weekend schedule; pay includes base rate $12.80/hour plus Cook Premium Pay up to $15.10/hour when filling in for cooking shifts; daily pay option; no late-night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to serve (18 or older with prior experience preferred)
- No prior server experience required; on-the-job training provided
- High reliability; punctuality for breakfast and lunch
