Job Summary
Engage with residents by learning their preferences, special accommodations, and personal interests while preparing dining rooms and maintaining cleanliness across all areas. Properly clean and sanitize dishes and silverware per standards, manage floor maintenance in the dish room, kitchen, and dining spaces, and assist residents with menu selector sheets. Use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders as needed, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This PRN role offers competitive pay starting at $14.25/hour, comprehensive benefits including medical and 401(k), and paid time off at Country Meadows, a family-owned senior care provider serving residents for over 30 years.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job
