Job Summary
Dining Server in a Cogir Senior Living community delivering exceptional dining experiences to senior residents. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, taking and delivering meal orders, accommodating dietary requirements and portion sizes, serving food and beverages with a smile, preparing and resetting dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, and communicating resident feedback to the Culinary Director. Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with local health department regulations. Requires strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
