Job Summary
Dining Server delivers an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests with courteous, efficient table service; maintains sanitary dining areas and adheres to food safety standards; assists with daily meal service, events, and cost control; communicates with residents and families; prepares and maintains table settings; follows menus and infection-control guidelines; collaborates with team to uphold Cedarhurst’s dining standards and resident wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired
- Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure if required by the state in which employed
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, electronic health records, HR systems (as applicable)
