Dining Room Team Member

Deliver exceptional dining service to residents and guests across all venues and special events while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Prepare dining areas by setting tables and stocking supplies, then utilize point-of-sale systems to identify residents, process payments, and split checks accurately. Monitor resident satisfaction throughout the shift, responding promptly to requests or concerns, and ensure all food and beverages are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature. This part-time role is available in day and night shifts with no late nights, closing at 7pm, and includes a starting rate of $16.80 per hour. As a team member, you will rotate through duties including waiter, server, busser, runner, host, expeditor, and cashier, all while modeling core values of respect, passion, and professionalism within our faith-based Life Plan Community.
