Job Summary
Lead front-of-house operations by hiring, training, and scheduling dining servers. Assure the safety and enhancement of the dining area while assisting the Dining Director with assigned tasks. Maintain a flexible schedule of five days per week between 11 AM and 7:30 PM, with availability for evening and weekend shifts. This role supports seniors in a Silvercrest community focused on meaningful work and resident wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Supervisor or Lead Server experience in a restaurant, food service, or health-related facility
- Must be able to produce a negative drug test
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
