Dining Room Supervisor - Senior Living

Supervise and lead associates in providing the highest quality food and services for all residents and dining guests. Ensure the dining room is sanitary, organized, and fully stocked at all times, while conducting daily pre-service meetings to review assignments, menus, and allergens. Train new staff in fine-dining principles, service etiquette, and skills; interview, select, and hire new members; and discipline or terminate associates in conjunction with leadership and HR. Enforce uniform and temperature-control policies, monitor and document inventory for ordering, and track customer satisfaction via comment cards. Assist with developing bi-weekly schedules based on budget and aid in creating and communicating meal menus to associates and residents.
