Job Summary
Manage the team from a positive perspective, lead and motivate staff daily, and develop employees in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Ensure high standards for excellent food quality and cleanliness while maintaining relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Utilize knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office to multi-task and make quick decisions. Requires experience in management, preferably in fast-paced settings, with a focus on dependability and self-motivation. Offers competitive hourly rates, health insurance after 6 months, bonuses, and a 5-day work week.
