Job Summary
Dining Room Supervisor to oversee operations for residents' dining experiences, supervise and train dining room staff, ensure proper setup and maintenance of dining spaces, manage inventory and supplies, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, respond to resident concerns, collaborate with kitchen to ensure menu items meet residents’ satisfaction, and assist with planning and executing special events such as holiday and themed dinners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
