Job Summary
Culinary Institute of America seeks a Dining Room Service Faculty responsible for teaching students, developing curriculum, conducting research, and organizing conferences. Candidates should prepare instructional lesson plans, provide regular feedback to students, and assist with academic inquiries. Responsibilities also include supervising dining services, ensuring adherence to sanitation and professionalism, and developing event plans. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Foodservice Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum seven years industry post-graduate experience
- At least three years of supervisory experience with management and line level employees
- Proven track record of professional development as a manager/supervisor and/or instructor in hospitality education
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality or related business concentration
- Culinary Institute graduate preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must have ability to lift fifty pounds on a frequent basis
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as required due to business needs
