Job Summary
Dining Room Server role within a senior living community. Responsible for full-scope, hands-on serving functions: set tables and maintain workstations, take orders, serve customers with proper etiquette, answer questions about menu items, and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards; maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the dining area. Works with the culinary team to deliver hospitable service; weekend availability required. Prior experience in food service and working with seniors is preferred. Compensation includes benefits such as 401K with employer match, dental/health/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and Daily Pay.
