Job Summary
Greet residents by name, take meal orders, and answer questions about the menu while serving meals and beverages. Ensure the dining room remains clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions at the community. This role requires working occasional weekends and holidays, lifting trays, and maintaining patient composure with residents, families, and staff. Available shifts include 6:30am–1:30pm, 7:30am–2:00pm, and 10:00am–4:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
