Job Summary
Deliver warm, genuine, and confident service at Cuvée Bistro, guiding guests through a seasonal coastal menu featuring pasta, grilled dishes, and shareables. Maintain proper pacing for lunch and dinner while treating the dining room, patio, and bar as one cohesive experience. Develop strong knowledge of seasonal ingredients, allergen awareness, and wine pairings to support the wine-forward beverage program. Execute refined but approachable service standards to create a lively, relaxed atmosphere for both hotel guests and local clientele. Participate in daily pre-shift education and support team members during high summer volume.
Required Qualifications
- Passionate about food, wine, and genuine hospitality
- Comfortable in an upscale yet relaxed dining environment
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence
- Able to read tables and adjust energy accordingly
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Available to work weekends and peak summer season
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in upscale, bistro, or wine-focused environments preferred
- Wine knowledge or certification (WSET/CMS Intro)
