Job Summary
Provide high-quality dining room service to residents in a senior living community, including taking and relaying meal orders, ensuring meals are served hot and cold, and delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the dining area, supervise bistro areas as directed, learn residents' names and dietary preferences, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee, and attend trainings and orientation. Must understand English and comply with ADA, health department, and OSHA regulations. PRN/on-call schedule with benefits for staff scheduled to work 24+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred, but not required.
