Job Summary
Take food and beverage orders from residents and serve meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing. Set up and deliver meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed, while handling requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs. Set up the dining room for the next scheduled meal and assist in inventorying supplies. Follow written and oral instructions, know dietary procedures and Health Department regulations, and serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Must know dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations
