Job Summary
Assist in receiving, storing, and dating food supplies to prevent waste while using proper food handling techniques. Scrape, stack, wash, and sanitize all dishes, flatware, and utensils, removing broken items and wrapping flatware as needed. Transport and store clean equipment to meet meal service schedules, then clean the dish machine, trash cans, and work areas. Maintain sufficient quantities of sanitized dishes and utensils throughout the shift.
