Dining Room Server- Full Time

Dining Room Server/Wait Staff role at Watercrest Richmond. Responsibilities include assisting residents with seating, greeting and serving meals, maintaining dining room setup, proper table settings, clearing and resetting tables, cleaning duties, napkin folding and stocking, explaining menu items and preparation methods, delivering high-quality customer service, understanding dietary needs, garnishing meals, and reporting equipment needs to the Cook/Executive Chef. Must communicate effectively, be reliable and timely, and have a passion for working with senior citizens. Education: High School Graduate or equivalent. Experience in upscale dining preferred.
