Job Summary
Dining Room Server responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests in the Main Dining Room and at special functions. Duties include serving in a timely and courteous manner, bussing and resetting tables, handling food ordering and billing via Micros, garnishing plates, restocking supplies, ensuring dietary compliance, and maintaining safety and sanitation while following established policies and procedures. Requires 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related dining experience; ability to communicate in English; part-time schedule (20-25 hours/week) with specific shift times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner
- 3-5 years' prior experience in a casual, fine dining, banquet, country club or hotel culinary department is required
