Dining Room Server

Dining Room Server assists with serving meals and beverages, bussing tables, and cleaning the dining area. Responsibilities include taking orders and closing out orders in the designated POS system, providing customer service to residents to maintain high satisfaction, setting and resetting tables for meals, informing residents of the day’s menu, preparing and serving beverages, keeping water glasses and cups filled, clearing and bussing tables, vacuuming the dining area after meals, and maintaining confidentiality of information. Must be able to work in shifts of 3-3.75 hours, be 16 or older, read/write/understand English, promote teamwork, and operate basic kitchen appliances or be willing to learn. Preferred qualifications include a willingness to learn and enjoy working with older adults; some food service experience is a plus.
