Dining Room Server

Provide excellent customer service to Residents by taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and observing their needs. Set up dining room tables, clean and sanitize areas, and assist with beverage preparation and special events. Transport used dishes, waste, and linen to collection areas while noting refrigeration temperatures. Learn and retain Residents' names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. Assist with plating, delivery to remote locations, and catering functions as directed by the Culinary Director or Executive Director. Minimum 16 years of age required; no prior experience needed with training provided.
